  • Orders under £50: For orders under £50, standard shipping charges will apply. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Exceptions for Hazardous Items

Certain items classified as hazardous materials require special handling and shipping. For these items, we must comply with safety regulations, and they will need to be delivered by a HazChem delivery specialist.

  • Hazardous Material Delivery: Products that are identified as hazardous (such as chemicals requiring special care) will incur an additional HazChem shipping charge. This charge is necessary to ensure the safe transportation of these materials.
  • Notification of HazChem Shipping: You will be notified at checkout if any of the items in your order require HazChem delivery, and the specific shipping charge will be clearly stated before you complete your purchase.

Additional Charges for Islands, Highlands, and Special Items

  • Shipping to Remote Locations: Some locations, including certain islands and highland regions, may incur additional shipping charges due to their remote postcode areas. These charges are applied to cover the extra costs associated with delivering to these regions. You will be notified of any such additional charges at checkout based on your delivery postcode.
  • Special Delivery for Oversized Items: Items like long broom handles or other oversized products may require a special delivery service, which is more expensive than our standard delivery. These items will incur an additional delivery charge, and this will be clearly stated at checkout.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: For most orders, delivery times typically range between 3-5 business days after dispatch. We strive to process and ship all orders promptly to ensure timely delivery.
  • HazChem and Oversized Deliveries: Due to the special handling required, HazChem deliveries and oversized items may take slightly longer to process and ship. You will be provided with an estimated delivery time at the time of purchase.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all mainland UK addresses, including islands and highlands with potential additional charges as outlined above. If you require shipping outside of this area or have any specific delivery needs, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use this information to monitor your delivery and ensure timely receipt of your items.

RE-DELIVERY

If an incorrect delivery address has been entered during checkout please email info@procleansupply.co.uk as soon as possible with the correct delivery address.

If an order has been dispatched with a wrong delivery address, or re-delivery has been tried numerous times. We will wait for the order to return to us before a re-delivery can take place. Re-delivery charges will apply to the same paid shipping rate based on your postcode. If a free delivery option has been chosen then the standard paid delivery fee will apply accordingly.
