How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! We offer Free Delivery on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

📦 Products & Sizes

What size do your products come in?

To give you the best trade value, all of our chemical liquid products come in bulk 5L containers unless a different size (like a 750ml trigger spray bottle) is clearly specified in the product title.

Can I get a pump to dispense the liquids?

Yes! To make pouring and measuring completely mess-free, a free 30ml dosing pump can be purchased and used with all of our bulk products. You can find these easily under our Sprayers, Pumps & Accessories menu category.

🔒 Safety & Usage

Can your products be used at home?

Yes. While our formulas are manufactured to commercial and industrial-grade strengths for tradespeople, they are completely safe and highly effective for household daily cleaning when used according to the instructions on the label.

Where can I find safety datasheets (MSDS)?

We provide full professional safety documentation for all trade buyers. If you require a copy of the safety datasheet for any chemical purchased, please email us directly through our Contact page with your order number.
