🚚 Delivery & Orders

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is generally 3 to 5 working days from dispatch. Hazardous or regulated chemical consignments can require additional handling and specialist transport. The checkout and our Delivery & Shipping Policy provide the current delivery information.

Do you offer free delivery?

Standard non-hazardous orders over £50 currently qualify for free delivery where the delivery policy applies. Hazardous goods, specialist freight, remote-area deliveries or other restricted consignments may have different charges. The applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout.

📦 Products & Pack Sizes

What sizes do your products come in?

Pack sizes vary by product. Depending on the listing, options can include trigger sprays, 1L bottles, 5L containers, multi-buy packs, 25L trade drums, powders or other specialist formats. The variant selector on each product page is the current source of truth for sizes, prices and available configurations.

Can I get a dosing pump?

Selected products are available with, or can use, a compatible 30ml dosing pump. We stock a 38mm option for compatible 5L containers and a DIN61 option for compatible 25L drums. Always confirm the container fitting and chemical compatibility before use; a pump should not be assumed suitable for every chemical.

Can your products be used at home?

Some products may be suitable for domestic cleaning when their current label permits that use. Others are concentrated, corrosive, flammable, biocidal or intended for trained professional applications. Always check the product page, current label and Safety Data Sheet before purchase and use.

Where can I find a Safety Data Sheet (SDS)?

Where an SDS is linked to a product, you can download it directly from the product page. If a direct download is not shown, use the SDS request option or contact Pro Clean Supply. The current manufacturer label and SDS remain the definitive sources for handling, hazards, storage and first-aid information.

How do I know the correct dilution?

Use the How to Use accordion on the relevant product page and follow the current manufacturer label. Dilution varies by product, surface, level of soiling and application method, so there is no single dilution rule across the catalogue.

What if I am unsure which product to buy?

Use our collections to shop by cleaning task, or contact us with the surface or material, type of contamination and whether the setting is commercial or domestic. We can help narrow down the available options.
