🚚 1. Standard Delivery Timelines & Transit Windows We work diligently with specialist logistics networks to ensure your products arrive safely and without operational delay:

·       ⏱️ Transit Windows: Our standard shipping option operates on a 3 to 5 working day delivery framework from the exact date of dispatch.

·       📦 Standard Order Dispatch: Orders for non-hazardous goods placed before our daily warehouse cutoff are processed and packed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

·       🚒 Hazardous & ADR Consignments: Orders containing regulated or hazardous chemicals require a dedicated handling window of 2 to 4 working days to coordinate specialist ADR transport networks and safety manifests. ·       📍 Tracking Infrastructure: Once your order is securely loaded onto our courier partner's vehicle, a unique tracking link will be sent directly to your registered email address so you can monitor your consignment in real time.

 

💳 2. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery Tiers We offer competitive, weight-calculated shipping rates alongside an accessible high-volume free tier to maximize value for contract cleaners and facility managers:

·       💸 Free Shipping Tier: All standard non-hazardous orders over £50.00 (GBP) qualify for Free Standard Delivery across selected UK mainland regions.

·       📊 Calculated Rates: For orders under £50.00 or those containing heavy trade drums and ADR-classified chemicals, shipping fees and compliance surcharges are automatically calculated at checkout based on total weight and chemical hazard classification.

 

🧪 3. Specialized Chemical & Hazardous Liquids Handling Shipping industrial-strength chemical concentrates requires absolute precision and specialized transport networks:

·       🔒 Industrial Leak-Proof Packaging: All liquid items (from 1L directional bottles up to 25L trade containers) are packed upright using heavy-duty, industrial-grade boxes, protective padding, and security tapes to withstand transit pressures.

·       🚒 ADR / Hazmat Courier Compliance: Certain high-strength or corrosive formulations must travel via transport networks fully certified in hazardous goods logistics (ADR regulations). This guarantees that drivers are fully trained and equipped with chemical safety assets to handle your shipment securely. Standard consumer parcel networks (such as Royal Mail) cannot legally transport these substances.

 

🪵 4. Bulk Distributions & Commercial Pallet Logistics For large facility supply updates, commercial agricultural clients, and wholesale trade distributions, orders exceeding standard courier weight limits are shipped via freight:

·       🚚 Palletized Consignments: Multi-pack bundles, 205L barrels, or high-volume 25L trade container groups (such as our 4 x 25L pallet bundles) are safely strapped, wrapped, and dispatched via a specialized tail-lift pallet carrier.

·       🚧 Commercial Site Access Requirements: If your order qualifies for palletized delivery, your site must feature adequate access for a large delivery truck (including solid, level ground for pump-truck operations). If your site requires a tail-lift delivery or has specific timing restrictions, please declare this in our Order Special Instructions box during checkout.

 

🚨 5. Missing, Delayed, or Wrongly Routed Shipments While our logistics networks maintain an exceptional success rate, external transit disruptions can occasionally occur:

·       🔍 Delayed Consignments: If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of receiving your official dispatch tracking notice, please check your carrier tracking link or contact our support desk immediately.

·       ❌ Failed Delivery Attempts: If a courier is unable to complete a delivery due to incorrect address information, closed commercial premises, or restricted access, the courier may route the consignment back to our hub. Redelivery charges may apply for commercial business addresses if a pre-arranged delivery slot is missed.
