·       🔑 Account Integrity: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your trade account login details, passwords, and order tracking portals.

 

💳 2. Commercial Pricing, Order Modifications & CEPPR Compliance We strive to keep our supply lines fluid and cost-efficient for commercial and domestic buyers alike:

·       📊 Pricing Stability: All product prices (including standard containers, bulk pack configurations, and optional Precision 30ml Dosing Pumps) are displayed on their respective listings. We reserve the right to adjust chemical pricing at any time without prior notice to account for raw material shifting or logistics updates.

·       🛡️ Mandatory CEPPR Verification Clause: Under UK Control of Explosives Precursors and Poisons Regulations (CEPPR), orders containing regulated substances will be placed on mandatory fulfillment hold. The purchaser must supply verified business credentials and photographic ID within 48 hours of checkout. We reserve the immediate right to cancel and refund any order failing this verification without liability.

Late payments may result in the immediate suspension of trade credit facilities and statutory interest charges under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
